Abstract

The digital literacy gap between generations, digital communication patterns between families, and the lack of optimal coordination of the government's role in implementation are complex challenges faced in realizing family resilience in this digital era. This research was conducted to develop a collaborative policy model for increasing family resilience in the digital era, using socio legal legal through document studies to analyse laws and regulations related to digital literacy and family protection in the digital era, in-depth interview with policymakers in Brebes Regency, focus group discussions, and observations with participants representing family members. policymakers. This study provides a policy model that can be used as a reference for the development of digital literacy programs to increase family resilience, including (1) clarity of organizational structure between stakeholders, (2) measurable division of roles and responsibilities, (3) the existence of an integrated program mechanism, and (4) the existence of a continuous monitoring and evaluation system.
