Submissions
Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
Article Writing Guidelines

The articles accepted are those that have never been published in any journal and have not been accepted for publication.

The article should be about community service activities relevant to the health field, particularly public health, nursing, and midwifery.

The article must be accompanied by an originality statement from the author, confirming that the article is truly their own work and does not contain plagiarism.
Writing System

Articles should consist of 3000-5000 words, typed with single spacing on A4 paper using Arial font size 11.

The article structure consists of: Title, Author, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
Article Writing Provisions
Title: Maximum of 15 words. Typed using Arial font size 14, left-aligned, in regular print.
Author's name: Typed below the title using Arial font size 10 in bold, without academic titles, and not abbreviated. Below the author's name, the field of expertise, institution name, address, and email should be stated.
Abstract: No more than 300 words, written in both English and Indonesian, in a paragraph containing: the purpose of the activity, the methods used, and the results achieved. Typed using Arial font, single-spaced, and in regular print. Below the abstract, include keywords with a maximum of 5 words, separated by semicolons, and typed below the abstract.
Introduction: The introduction includes the background to address a problem, the urgency and rationale of the activity, a literature review, a problem-solving plan, and the purpose of the activity (Arial font, size 11, regular print).
Methods: The research methods explain the implementation methods used in the service activities. The methods should be clearly and thoroughly explained (Arial font, size 11, regular print).
Results and Discussion: Describes the results or outcomes of the service, which may include increased knowledge, skills, or product development. The results should also reveal the level of achievement of the activity's objectives. If a product is involved, it should be explained with specifications, advantages, and disadvantages. The outputs should be supported with photos, tables, graphs, charts, images, etc. The discussion should follow the objectives mentioned earlier and be supported by logical arguments connecting the community service results with theories, other community service results, or research findings (Arial font, size 11, regular print).
Conclusion: Written concisely but explaining the substance of the community service results and recommendations for future activities (Arial font, size 11, regular print).
References: References should be written following the American Psychological Association (APA) style, using reference management tools (EndNote, Mendeley, Zotero, etc.) to facilitate editing and review. At least 80% of the references should be from publications within the last 5 years (Arial font, size 11, regular print).
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
