Peer Review Process
In the review process, JBNI involves authors, editors, section editors, and reviewers. To maintain confidentiality, JBNI employs the Double-Blind Review model in this process. Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by an editor. If the manuscript aligns with the focus, scope, and JBNI writing guidelines, it is then forwarded to reviewers for the evaluation of its content and novelty. Conversely, if it does not meet the criteria, the manuscript is returned to the author. A minimum of two reviewers assess each manuscript for approximately 1-2 weeks based on the criteria outlined in the Reviewer's Article Assessment Form. Typically, submitted articles require about 8-12 weeks for publication.
