This research was conducted in the coastal area of East Tarakan District, specifically in Pantai Amal Subdistrict, with the research subjects being the Tugu fishermen who are spread across the sea area of Tarakan City. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the income of Tugu fishermen in Pantai Amal Subdistrict. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression modeling. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling. The results of this research indicate that the variables of working capital, production, length of time spent at sea, and experience have a positive and significant effect on the income of Tugu fishermen in Pantai Amal Subdistrict, while the labor variable does not have a significant effect on their income.
