Preeclampsia is a major contributor to maternal emergencies and requires early detection and continuous risk monitoring, particularly in areas with limited access to health services. This community service activity aimed to optimize preeclampsia prevention by strengthening community health worker capacity, implementing a digital pregnancy monitoring instrument, and providing nonpharmacological preventive activities in Mangkupadi Village, Bulungan Regency. The program applied a community empowerment approach through five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability strengthening. Training included preeclampsia risk screening and early detection, use of a digital pregnancy monitoring application, and prenatal yoga. Knowledge evaluation was conducted among 15 community health workers using measurements before and after training. The mean score increased from 65.33 to 82.00, representing a 25.51 percent increase; 73.33 percent of participants improved their scores and 46.67 percent achieved an increase of at least 30 percent. A digital pregnancy monitoring application was developed and introduced to support risk screening, classification, documentation, and early warning, while prenatal yoga was implemented as a promotive and preventive activity. The program improved community health worker capacity and provided supporting technology for community-based pregnancy monitoring, although several target indicators still require continued mentoring)
