Scoliosis is a spinal deformity characterized by a lateral curvature that is common during adolescence, particularly among females, and may affect quality of life and learning concentration when accompanied by poor posture. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of students at Junior High School in Colomadu, Karanganyar Regency, regarding posture and scoliosis. The implementation method included initial observation, health education preceded by a pre-test and followed by a post-test, a demonstration of early scoliosis detection, and monitoring and evaluation together with the school as a partner. The results showed an increase in students' knowledge about posture and scoliosis following the education session, consistent with patterns reported in similar studies on the effectiveness of health education in improving adolescents' understanding of scoliosis. This activity is expected to encourage students to independently maintain good posture and to support the early detection of spinal abnormalities within the school environment.
