Peer Review Process
The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least one reviewers who will be asked to evaluate whether the manuscript is scientific, original and reasonable, whether it has been published before (duplication of work), and whether the manuscript is clear enough to be published.
The manuscript review process at JBIT is carried out using a double blind review process, so that the author does not know the reviewer of their manuscript and the reviewer does not know the author of the manuscript they are reviewing. The review process can take up to a maximum of 40 (forty) working days with the time allocation given to each partner in completing the review process is a maximum of 20 (twenty) working days.
If the previously appointed reviewers partner is unable to complete his review work within the specified deadline, the chairman of the editorial board will appoint a substitute reviewers partner to review the article. Reviewers recruitment is carried out openly based on the needs that exist in JBIT.
