This study examines how digital strategic behavior shapes organizational agility and how such agility contributes to sustainable economic growth in alignment with SDG 8 indicators. It also explores the role of agility as a mediating mechanism and evaluates how organizational characteristics, such as firm size and digital maturity, strengthen the relationships among the key variables. A quantitative approach was employed, involving organizations that have implemented digital initiatives and possess sufficient operational experience. The findings indicate that well-formulated digital strategies enhance organizational agility, and this agility plays an essential role in fostering decent work creation, improving productivity, and supporting sustainable economic performance. Agility emerges as a crucial bridge that translates digital strategies into broader economic benefits. The results further highlight that organizational context, particularly resource scale and digital readiness amplifies the effectiveness of digital transformation. Practically, this study offers guidance for managers seeking to strengthen digital capabilities and cultivate responsive organizational cultures. Theoretically, it advances understanding of the role of dynamic capabilities as the mechanism linking digital strategy to sustainable economic growth in support of SDG 8.
