This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support on turnover intention among healthcare workers at Tarakan Hospital, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The research sample was drawn from healthcare workers employed at Tarakan City Hospital. The research results indicate that organizational support has a significant negative influence on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the organizational support, the lower the employees' intention to leave their jobs. Additionally, organizational support also has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, in turn, has a negative influence on turnover intention. The results of this study confirm the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between organizational support and turnover intention. These findings have significant implications for hospital management in efforts to retain qualified healthcare workers.
