Pelatihan Instalasi Listrik Bagi Karang Taruna di Desa Wisata Sembalun Bumbung

Abstract

The installation of household electricity is the installation of an electrical system that can distribute electricity to serve household appliances using installation equipment that has been certified by SNI and PLN standards. Adequate knowledge is required to perform electrical installation in a house. Therefore, socialization activities need to be carried out by conducting training on household electrical installations. This socialization activity was held in the Daye Rurung Timuk hamlet, Sembalun Bumbung Village, and was attended by community figures such as the head of the hamlet, youth organizations, and the surrounding community. The training was conducted using three methods, namely presentation, demonstration, and question-and-answer session. The presentation material covered an explanation of electrical installation equipment, the causes of accidents due to electrical installations, and tips for maintaining electrical installation safety in the home. With this training, it is hoped that the community will be more aware of the importance of maintaining electrical installations in the home and be able to anticipate disturbances. In addition, it is expected that the participants' knowledge of how to make safe electrical installations can also be increased.
