This research examines the influence of income levels on public service motivation among Civil State Apparatus (ASN) in Mantikulore District, Palu City. Using quantitative methods with a sample of 120 ASN respondents, data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that income level has a significant positive effect on public service motivation (β = 0.482, p < 0.001). Other factors such as work environment, career development opportunities, and leadership support also contribute significantly to service motivation. This study provides important implications for compensation policy formulation and human resource management strategies in the public sector to improve public service quality. The findings suggest that adequate compensation combined with non-financial incentives can optimize ASN performance in providing public services.
